5. Beauty, care and perfume products cannot be exchanged or returned for health reasons.


Replacement and return steps:

1. Submit a replacement or refund ticket through our online store.

2. Wait for confirmation from our customer service team.

3. Return the product to us and the shipping cost will be on your account.

4. After receiving the product and checking its condition, the replacement or refund will be made according to the specified conditions.

5. The replacement/return process may take up to 10 business days.

6. The amount will be refunded after the product reaches us and its condition is verified, and then the amount will be returned through the payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. In the event of replacing the product and choosing the alternative product, the difference between the price of the product to be replaced and the price of the alternative product must be transferred.
