Refunds are issued in accordance with the store's return and cancellation policy. Refunds are processed once the store registers your return or cancellation request, and Tabby begins the refund process.

Here's what you can expect from your Tabby refund process:

- If the refunded amount is less than the remaining amounts, the remaining amounts will be adjusted accordingly.

- If the refunded amount is greater than the remaining amounts, the remaining payments will be cancelled and the remaining amount will be returned accordingly.

How long does it take to get a refund?

In Saudi Arabia and the UAE, the amount is returned to the card used in the payment process. This takes 10 days and 21 days in the case of Mada cards.

In Kuwait and Bahrain, the amount will be returned to your Tabby wallet and can be used to pay for your next Tabby purchases.
