Quick-drying glitter setting gel is used to apply loose glitter and sparkly stars to the face and body. Easy to apply and washes off with soap. Simply apply the gel and then place glitter etc on top.
Apply with a flat synthetic brush or your finger to the area you want to apply glitter. Press glitter on top and you're ready to go.
